The Chimney Sweeps Survey Results

Back in May 2018, we presented an Industry wide survey for all Chimney Sweeps to take part in, whether independent or part of an association. We wanted as many different opinions as possible and everyone to have a voice. Some of the questions are a little too difficult to summarise in graphs. For example there were some complex multiple choice questions and also an open question asking for your free text comments.

We have summarised below all the data that could be easily presented in a simple.

Number of participants: 275. All 275 entries were used to compile these results.

NOTE: It is worth noting that 20% of businesses who answered the survey are 1 or 2 years old only, which will account for a good part of the “increasing” answers to the question above.
